- Q: What payment options do you accept?
- A: We accept PayPal as well as most credit cards. We are always adding new payment methods so please check the account page to see our latest offers. If you would like to suggest another payment method, please contact us.
- Q: PayPal doesn't list my country or declines my credit card. What do I do?
- A: Use one of our alternative payment providers. All alternative payment services you can find on "Buy credits" page.
- Q: I paid for Premium Account but it is not activated/changed. What should I do?
- A: It can take a few minutes for your Premium account to be activated. You may need to sign out of your account, delete your cookies, and then log back in to be recognized as a Premium Member. If you have waited a few minutes and tried logging out and logging back in again and you are still not being recognized as a Premium Member simply contact us with the email address of your account and we will upgrade your account as soon as possible.
- Q: My credit card was charged but I did not sign up for an account. What should I do?
- A: Please contact us with your details and we will investigate. The most likely cause is that your credit card number was stolen and used to purchase a subscription on our site. We cannot accept liability for the charges if this is the case, as it is up to you to keep your credit card details secure.
